Huge parking area. Very clean hotel. Sanitisation done routinely.

Clean room and basic needs.The TV was not working and just too lazy to call the reception.

They surrounding is filthy and smelling, it's OK to sleep but if you want to take a morning walk forget it, lots of stray dogs and smelly clogged drain just put you off.

Already booking...but in hotel system not appear the booking confirmation...door lock problems...tv no functional well...

Stayed for 2 days only, Thank god for that. Cuz the sound of WATER PUMP for the building's water tank drives me nuts. There is a loud buzzing sound that comes every 5 seconds. I stayed in a deluxe queen bedroom which was on the 2nd floor. It is better you dont have heavy luggage cuz theres a long flight of stairs up to the room. ALMOST GOOD, but because of the buzzing water pump for the building's water tank is so noisy, I can hardly enjoy any peace here. If u can find other place that is same price, I recommend you avoid this place to avoid this headache

The area around the hotel has no eateries, have to get out a bit from the area. Room given by the management, okay je. Worried too because this place is quiet at night even by the side of the main road. Door lock problems, tv no functions, air cond tak sejuk. Haiyaaaa

Booking.com n OYO working very well failing the customer. Allowed room booking by Booking.com but OYO said no room available and asked to cancell booking and yet OYO charged customer at full! Called OYO customer service but no one pickup. Very excellent service. Tq.

We were given a room in the 3rd floor which was quite inconvenient to both my husband and me..i couldn't turn on the tv, there's no sachets of coffee or tea although there's an electric water jug available.. otherwise everything else was pretty good ..we would very much prefer a room on the ground floor next time we check in Muar City Hotel and please don't give our assigned room to another customer..much appreciated, thank you!
