β β β β β Went here for my b license exam, went there on a Saturday 12pm, staff told me to come back 1.5hours later as she's going to have her lunch
It's pretty inconveniet to me as I lived quite far from here, but overall service is fast and could get your result immediately

β β β β β Absolutely horrible service. The purpose of MYEG is to provide a safe and convenient service to people. What we received was a hostile, rude, and inconvenient service.
The Indian woman by the name Velu. Supposedly there was an issue with the electricity in the place. The least she could have done is explain what happened, and give us a time frame. What she did instead was loudly and rudely shout "wait outside wait outside", "tunggu luar". Yg ko x bagi penjelasan nak tunggu luar buat apa.
And when we tried to get an explanation from her, all she could do was shift the blame to another one of her colleagues.
MYEG, I hope this is an isolated incident, however, take action. You are a public listed company. Bukan jabatan kerajaan. In case you didn't know, public sentiment plays a role.
