β β β β β Went to the new address to self collect parcel but upon reach told by neighbour that shopee express warehouse have moved again last week. With no notice on where is the new warehouse located.

β β β β β I have collect the free shipping voucher yesterday but when I check out it said the promo code fully redeemed (pls lah it's exactly 12pm how come the voucher so fast fully redeemed?)then I go to my voucher to check the voucher I have collect just now I can't even found itβΉ I know it is based on first come first serve, but I check out my things exactly 12am and 12pm both of these free shipping voucher can't use and even just disappear in my voucher I have delete and reinstall it still like this but when I switch to my sister account the free shipping voucher 12am and 12pm still can use ,its not fair its not based on first come first serve its just give free shipping voucher to the account that seldom use. Hello shopee if you are not willing to give us a free shipping voucher then you can just don't give or just cancel the global free shipping day or else you can add one more term and condition "for user that seldom use shopee" why you do something like this,pls do something like this,global free shipping day I can't even use both of my free shipping voucher haha?shopeeδ½ ζ―δΈζ―η©δΈθ΅·

Hold my parcel for more than 2 weeks. Didn't answer the calls at all, the address and location in Google are incorrect also. Can't even reach the correct location to self pick up.
