★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat sangat teruk service,fail ujian buta warna once and the lady even tak cakap perlu rujuk balik di sekolah memandu and buat medical check di hospital and everything untuk di follow up,bila datang test dia bising balik sebab kita tak ada result blind test and takboleh retake test and dia suruh pergi balik sekolah memandu untuk tanya,sekolah memandu pun tak cakap apa apa after fail kena buat medical check up and so on? how you guys boleh lepas kerja situ? im waiting for like 3month for retake then suddenly kena macam ni?
very very bad service, color blind test file once and the lady didn't even say need to refer back to the driving school and do a medical check at the hospital and everything to follow up, when the test came she was noisy because we didn't have a blind test result and couldn't retake test and he told me to go back to the driving school to ask, the driving school didn't say anything after the file to do a medical check up and so on? how can you guys get off work there? im waiting for like 3month for retake then suddenly hit like this?

My problem is with irresponsible customer service
They did not provide enough details after I failed my first Ujian Kom.
After I failed , I asked for a retake and she told me to discuss with the person that I did my registration which at BSP21
So I went there by grab two times
From morning I booked grab to this place , to BSP21 now I got told that I should ask for a retake from that place which I took my ujian kom
So I was frustrated , but suggested me to take a trip at MyEg Puchong for retake.
So I called before I travel , maybe there's misunderstanding and I was told I should go there to book for a retake so I booked another grab to travel , and got told there's not slot for me , I am already frustrated with irresponsible service that I get and everything I have to figure things out myself , booked grab 4 times wasted RM80+ already just to ask for ulangan
