★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently dropped by MyEG to pickup my driver's licence. It seemed closed from a distance, however as I got closer, I saw the security personnel outside, vigilant at her post. She was polite, not overly friendly, but most importantly, was no hassles. She gave me a number and I went inside. Upon entering, the clerk at the counter invited me to take a seat while I wait; I waited for around 3 minutes before being called by the clerk at the next counter. The clerk was very polite, gently asking what he could assist with. Our business concluded promptly and once again I waited. After another few minutes, which was quite pleasant as I had the place mostly to myself, a female clerk came and asked if I was waiting for my licence. She was very friendly. I honestly say the staff at MyEG certainly deserve more recognition. In fact after handing me my licence, she even walked me out and held the door open for me, and that was certainly beyond my expectations. My visit to MyEG really made my day, and despite hearing numerous stories, I can now safely say, the MyEG staff are very professional, to a point that visiting MyEG is a delightful experience.
