★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for almost a year and i love living here more and more as a resident ! Security is tight with the visitors and also can be very restrictive on the car park even if you are a resident, but i suppose that makes the stay at Sky Peak safer and the environment organised too. Tesco which is just right opposite Sky Peak makes grocery shopping very convenient, just walk across the road. With the build up of Tesco, bums are build on the road and by far it has stopped the "racing" activities at night. Its beside the highway and easily accessible to malls like Dato Onn Aeon(10min), Southkey Midvalley(15mins), Paradigm Mall(10mins), City Square&Ksl(20mins).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Friday n Saturdays have F1,so noisy n annoying.rules of parking car inside the building is too tight which make us feel worthless n regret staying here.Although have empty parking but not aloud to park, if u still park than they will lock your car, need to pay rm 100 to unlock it (everything money money).too many rules, as per we ar renting the house from the developer.
