Never Pg ttp always do business via phone only. It's a little difficult to call, but the workers are all good

It’s worst than go to JPJ to walk-in for renew roadtax… Renew on 2/March online after that go to seberang Jaya branch to collect it, when I reach around 4.30pm(close on 5pm) they already packing their things ready to back home…. They ask me to collect it on next day morning 9am. I’m okay…. But then I have not free time to go on morning and I decided go during lunch time. They give me the reason that they have urgent things to do blah blah bla…. Hello, this printing roadtax stuff the office boy can do it better than them… still need me to wait for half hour for this roadtax…??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️ please improve the service please…..
