★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you feel apprehensive about choosing MyRelo for your big move, don't. RIght off the bat, you get the feeling that the MyRelo team cares more for your home than just getting another client for their business. Isma was super responsive and easy to talk to. She's immediately your BFF who will advise you on what needs to be done and she does it efficiently. On move day, you can track your team to gauge their arrival time. These guys work fast! Not enough boxes? No problem. They've planned for the unexpected. (Just don't forget to pay for the extras later!). Uncle Muniz is the big cahuna who drives the truck, and makes decisions, (he packs too!) while Karthik (though thin) is the main muscle handling the loads and the rest of the team. They are super friendly and even when they were tired, they never stopped keeping the team's spirits up with jokes and encouragement. At the new place, though our offloading was slightly delayed by the rain, they stayed to unpack as promised till the sun went down! At the height of the move, Isma will probably check on you too if she has time to make sure that all are good, which she did for me. After service, the same! Can't thank this team enough... Don't waste your time browsing. MyRelo's it! #clicknow

Isma the MD herself was very attentive to all the details and I had a great conversation with her on my relocation. Services rendered was professional and the rate was reasonably affordable. Would highly recommend Myrelo for anyone who wishes to be in a safe hand for relocating. Thank you so much Myrelo for making my life so easy for packing and unpacking my boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to deal with. Just took picture and video of the items to be moved, they can estimate how big is the lorry needed. Can choose if we need them to handle A to Z (wrap, load to lorry, unload from lorry), plus option to insure your high value items. For my case, inter-state, i need A to Z service so they provided 1 driver and 2 workers. Just need to tell them once and consider it done. Overall a superb service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, the team from Myrelo did an awesome job in helping my family relocate, despite such tight schedule, 1 day before the lockdown. Despite contacting them at the very last minute, the lady Boss delivered what she promised within 12hrs of notice. She also sent one of her best team over and my wife and I were impress with their professionalism and good communication and coordination skills. Would like to recommend Myrelo to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were very happy with the services rendered by this company when we moved from Penang to Kota Bharu. Initially worried that our things would not fit into the 1 tonne truck, but the staffs on site were patient and helpful in arranging our things nicely and even unloading it in our house in Kota Bharu. Nothing was broken or missing. The staffs of MyRelo were professional from point of booking, I would highly recommend and definitely use this company again.
