โ โ โ โ โ They have noble objectives BUT run by very very inefficient staff with no common sense. They can cancel your bookings all of a sudden even if you whatsapp the schedule 1month ago. Or if after a booking is made they change it from a 2 way trip into a ONE way trip ! Highly idiotic as how would you expect the patient in a wheel chair to make a one way trip?? And the staff Earnest is very high handed and rude in the way he deals with the clients. Yes its a charitable organisation but there is NO FEELING OF CHARITY WITHIN THE ORGANISATION. DONOR'S SHOULD TAKE NOTE YOUR MONEY MAY NOT BE WELL SPENT
