I have done my eyebrow there by the owners she's very skillful with no pain and the result came out amazing and unbelievable
I always afraid of doing semi permanent make up cuz I have seen lots of people came out with a very dark awful look eyebrow. But this experience was awesome
Staffs was friendly

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service and painful experience.?
Brought my partner here for simple eyelash extension.
1. The job conducted by a trainee. She been keep on cutting the real eyelash and the whole session was painful due to inexperience.
2. TERRIBLE customer service from the person in charge lady.
When my partner consult the lady in charge why its so painful, she answer with due to we purchase our package from FAVE and they do not earn much, so thats what we expect to receive.
3. It took 3 hours + for a simple eyelash extension where usually should be done within 1hr 30mins. AND when we need to use the toilet after soooo long waiting , the trainee basically just tear down the bandage that apply on the bottom eyes part.
SO do expect poor service from them if you girls are signing up from FAVE or any promotional package where they will just tell that they not earning much The lady should just keep this business margin thingy to them self instead of complaining to customer.
Just doest worth the time here at all, plenty of other beauty center around this area.
I rarely give bad review online, hope this can prevent more ppl experience what we been thru.

โ โ โ โ โ Had great experience here with Mystical Lab with spacious environment and skillful beautician.The staffs here are very friendly, with good explanation on each steps prior to the session. Strongly recommend this place for eyebrow embroidery, facial treatment and waxing.
