Simply because they assumed the problem of the laptop and force you to change what they ask, not to fix the real problem of the laptop.
I try to trap them with some critical questions to see whether they know the real problem of the laptop or they simply just assumed the problem.
Almost like a scammed actually when they try to answer the same questions with the complete different answers.
First they say you need to change that,
Second they say we charge it accordingly to the price of that thing but we will not change it,
Thirdly they say you must change.
After that, they say about risk but couldn't describe the risk.
Finally they back to forcing you to change the thing that are not the problem.
Same question with different answers. You think? ?
Such a potential that they put it to shame, the way some of their staff talk like they want to loose their customer's trust. Also chase them away.
