โ โ โ โ โ My mid-2014 i-Mac had problems starting up; and was also shutting down intermittently. I googled and thought it was a power supply problem.
Brought it to SCS; and the guys there diagnosed it as a hard drive problem. So, hard drive changed; and the i-Mac is now super-fast again. As good as new!
As an aside, the replacement job was tricky because my screen was cracked (thanks to my 5-year old son). So, I was also ready for a hefty replacement bill for that if the screen broke completely when the technicians opened up the computer for the HDD replacement (all of which was explained nicely to me before they started work).
But 6-STARS to the SCS guys - they managed to fix my computer in spite of the damaged screen. Thank you!
I highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended for students in Kampar to get your laptop fixed at here. They are so nice as they will explain all the details slowly. My 3 years old Asus vivobook had the problem which my screen cannot lift up. They get this problem solved by replacing my casing and bezel which took around 2 weeks. Once again, thank you for the good service from Seng Computer Services.โค๏ธ??

โ โ โ โ โ They are capable people with capable skills. The only complain I have against them is the price they charge. I understand it is a business and people need to make profit. But in Kampar what choice can we have? If the parts replace are equivalent as the original quality, I wouldn't even feel this bad. It is an OEM parts so can't expect much but still, the perceive product and price doesn't match my expectations. Service are good and fast. If you're in a rush, I'll recommend this place to you. They can get things done.

โ โ โ โ โ I love the way how they professionally explain the whole things. But I would be even more happy if they could provide a privacy policy in order to protect the customers' privacy. Since they asked for the password to signing to our computer, and our PCs have lot of personal privacy. This is the only thing I think they can considering to improve.
Overall, the experience was good. Will come back to them again.
