has no modern technology,
simple classical education,
not good for those who want to learn the language professionally,
teaching hours are very few from 9 to 12! There are no extra hours of instruction,
no classes in the evening, only 9am to 12pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in Melbourne, I had been planning to undertake the myTESOL Certificate Course when we next returned to Penang .....but then COVID happened and all plans changed. I was still determined to do the course and Tana could not have been more helpful and accomodating. She quickly switched the learning to online with weekly Skype lessons. All Units were emailed, homework and tests completed and returned via email or WhatsApp - the entire process was seamless. Tana was always available for questions and provided great support along the way.
I would say to anyone - do not let COVID ruin your plans - lockdown was the perfect time for me to learn and focus without the usual distractions and I now feel a real sense of achievement from completing the course. I could not recommend Tana and myTESOL Penang more highly.
