★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done the handover here at mytukar Glenmarie. Overall it is a good experience, as the handover process is fast (around half an hour) and convenient. The price that mytukar offered is higher then the price offered by car some. However, will have to do the handover in 24 hour time right after the car price is quoted, else they will impose a price reduction. Mytukar is highly recommended.

I had spoke to many used car dealer and none can beat my target price, most of them offer near to target price and after seeing the car they further lower their lower claiming they need to fix a number of minor issues. I find out mytukar and proceed with car inspection which took around 30-40 mins, and I got their feedback in 1 day time, and the offer price is above my target price, and so much higher than those used car seller. After confirming their offer, they have friendly customer service guide thru the documents requirements, and the handover is well done and seamless. I would recommend other to always do a check with mytukar to get the best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car here for inspection and staff were polite and attended immediately as I had made an appointment. They thoroughly inspected the entire car from front to back including door seals, engine compartment and boot. They also had a free drink offer, but when I scanned the QR code and filled in the form, was informed the free drink was out of stock. Inspection was done within 45 minutes. Unfortunately the price offered was too low and I decided not to proceed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience at the centre itself. Some minor issues I experienced were only relating to the planned inspection schedule. But overall, the process of selling my car via myTukar was relatively simple (vs selling by yourself). The process of handover at this office was pretty smooth and didn't take too long (was there for less than 30mins). Highly recommended if you intend to simplify your car selling process
