★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used this system for almost a year. It has a lot of great features. To fully understand everything may take a while but if you only use certain modules shouldn't be a problem.
In terms of reliability, i think there is still room for improvements. Not so frequent but time to time we experienced issues which can be really frustrating especially during operating hours.
Good thing the support response can be considered quite fast. But to have the issues fixed, some may take up a few days.
As for communications, the support can do better to update on the issues if they have been fixed and call the staff if they seem to have trouble understanding their WhatsApp messages.
Overall i would give 4 stars for now. Hope this serve well as a constructive feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first started up, I found the representatives for mywam very knowledgeable and Doctor assist a simple yet concise way to access my patient records. Honestly no other system compares to it. And we've looked at a few others.
DR ASSIST is super user friendly. We have been using it for close to 7 years and we cannot imagine changing to another software. Thank you for keeping us efficient and up to date. Highly recommend Dr Assist for all new clinics. Service crew are the best, they deal with issues quickly and are responsive when we need them. Thank you for all these years of service.

The system is easy to use and quite comprehensive - from point of sales, doctor's notes, business reports, patient appointments and even stock/inventory. So you dont need any other system for your clinic. The support team has also been very helpful, especially when there is technical issues.
