★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum and I went to NAGOYA SEGAMAT today. The Malay sales girl and Malay salesman at second floor, they notice us once we step in. Instead of greet/ask our needs, they rather keep playing with their handphone and ignore us. We won't mind if they never come to us at the very first time, but, they are rude enough as after we ask help from a Chinese lady, which is a cashier, they just ignore us, again!!! The Malay girl then ask the Malay guy to come and serve us. But, the Malay guy just sit there and look at us, and the Malay girl keep busy playing with her handphone!
So, NAGOYA employ them to sit in the shop, play handphone, and ignore customer?
I will keep follow up with my comment until I receive the reply from NAGOYA management person.
