★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints towards the salesgirls as they were friendly. However, this poor rating is solely for the manager. He shouted at my mother in front of all the customers just because she lost the receipt.He could have talked to her in a less harsh manner but instead of that, he overstepped his bounds. I was off at the time but I could not even believe the sheer audacity of this man and the absolute meekness of the manager. I hope this matter will not be repeated in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the premise last week and was attended by one staff .I told her looking for some material and readymade saree blouse.She showed some of it and in a sudden the staff move on to other customer.i waited for a while then try to approach another sales person but she not even shown any interest to show the materials and keep attending customers who came after me.They just chatting and not even bothered am waiting.After a while i just walk out from there.i understand its festive season and there was small crowd but still i felt very dissapointed how been treated by staffs.i assumed they judging customer by their looks.i been to large outlets in major cities and was treated fairly even when making small purchases.i hope there will be some improvement on services towards customers. Im sure your business will grow when customer treated more freindly and effciently.
