โ โ โ โ โ I sent a WhatsApp nearly midnight and JJ kindly opened early for us at 9am. During the whole 1.5hr session she was cheerful, very warm and accommodating. service is number 1! This is my mum's first time ever to have someone do mani and pedi and she loved it. Highly recommended when you're in Penang. 6 stars out of 5. :)

โ โ โ โ โ I have had the most amazing pedicure by Jing Jing. She was very professional and thorough and removed all the hard skin on my heels. A lot of salons don't do it as meticulously like Jing. I recommend her a thousand times. She is diamond among other rough stones.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice, recently renovated salon. Very comfortable. Jing Jing and Claire took great care whilst doing a manicure and pedicure. Very attentive and a super job done by both of them. I would highly recommend Nail Chapter.
