★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this place. I went since I live in the gourney paragon and I saw some good reviews. But it is the worst thing that I probe in my life and expensive 189 RM hand and foot service. they made me an "express service" they were 2 hours to paint my nails with gel, but to remove the previous gel that they had put 3 weeks before, they put a nail polish that did not remove the previous color and therefore they smoothed my own nails. I was so sensitive that they look like paper and my nails are infected. They did that to charge me an "extra" service for sensitive nails when they wounded my nails to collect the service . please dont go to this place.

I’m always skeptical when comes to beauty fixing myself from hair to face to nails to eyebrow and lashes, it takes me a long while attempting to do it. But at Chez the team has given me the best of their best it has given me the confidence to come back for more ? I’m so loving it, thank you Chez team!

Chez Nails nail technicians are always happy to accommodate my boundary pushing requests and get the job done to my exacting standards. The latest trends, colours and products are available at fair value prices. The plush salon chairs are top of the range spa equipment and very comfortable to relax and be pampered. If you are looking for an express/in-out salon, this is probably not the place for you. Chez Nails is an exclusive nail spa, for individuals who are looking for quality, pampering and amazing show stopping nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were kind and professional when I came in but seriously under staffed. There were only 2 girls working but with 6 chairs available for clients. I wanted to give 4 stars as I really loved my gel manicure and the results. The mani and pedi were great. Both girls listened to exactly what I wanted and were super helpful. However the nail polish on my toes started to literally pop off in one piece in less than a week. I’m guessing it’s old? It was regular polish. I know my way around a nail salon and what’s clean and what isn’t. Not saying they’re not clean but I couldn’t see a sterilizing machine for the nail tools. Could use an improvement in terms of tools but great service and place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, I highly recommended this place to get your nails done. The price was reasonable and way better service then what I’ve experienced back in USA. Cuticles cut, exfoliated and hand message ??I even got my eyelash perm also while getting my nails done. The girls really went above and beyond serving and were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse menicure and pedicure in my life. First time doing menicure and pedicure never wash and clean nails properly nor any application of moisturiser, no scrubbing of feet or fingers. Worse ever experience. So many other good ones in Penang, but definitely not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am happy with my finger nail color. but not really happy with my toe nail gel color. i asked the staff to adjust my toe nail color but she refused to do it. actual color i chose are glitter maroon color. but as you can see in the picture, it’s totally not what i wanted. just glitter only. the staff who did my pedicure standing and bending down during coloring my toe nail. how can you do your work properly when you’re not in a proper position? not ergonomic at all. the saddest part there were only two staff working. if only i know that only two staff working that time, i will not come at all. i’m not certified in nails or expert in nail. but i will go to nail salon two months once or once a month at least. so i can know whether you do it properly or not. the price is high but the skill level is unexpectedly low.cheap service.
