★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to this place today, 2.55pm there is only one lady staff working. she asked me to wait for 30 minutes at the waiting area. there is only one customer she handle that time. after 5minutes she came out from the room and asked me whether i want to do pedi or mani. then i replied her i wan pedi,she also said should be ok and she promise me will come back after 30 minutes. i wait there for her almost 40 minutes and she still in the room she didnt come out and checking on me. after that i knocked the room and asked her whether she available or not because i wait for her too long. then she rudely said..she dont know what time she wil finish with her customer and told me 'u can go no need to wait' 'u can go'
i was so shocked she told like that infront of her customer..i feel so embarrassed and walked away. if she is busy and tired to handle alone she can tell me earlier so that i can find other place asked me to wait for 40 minutes and simply told me to leave her place very bad.
this is not a right way to chase the customer who are waiting for so long (40minutes). after i saw 5* on website i trust this shop..after this i wont go to her place. not professional at all. so rude.. if there is a option for 0 rate i wil go for it..this shop not deserve for 1*. to the outsider who want to do pedicure in sunway putra mall im highly recommend to visit NAIL & FOOT SPA. the staff are very friendly and know hw to behave with their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of work on my nails. It's like my nails were done by some amateurs. Definitely not the type of service that I looked for. Even try to give them feedback on their ig and whatsapp but they don't even have the audacity to respond. Very bad and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was demanded that u pay first before the pedicure itself..need to show proof of payment and sent via whatsapp before she even soaked my foot,not to mention using cold water for soaking and rinsing during pedicure..and i paid rm98 for the spa deluxe pedicure and she couldnt even scrub my heels until its smooth using the foot filer,told i had to add rm88 (which is the price for the callus removal treatment)if i want some roughness on my heels to be removed..so much for spa pedicure when u cant even remove dead skin off my heels!not even callus..ive been getting monthly pedicure fir years and i know i dont have callus on my feet

Her Staff also friendly and talk to me very nicely.. Thank you so much shahso i will come again soon and this shop will be my favorite for do mani pedi???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today i go there..i didnt read the review first bcause i just want spend time for myself..its okay not friendly but atleast ur work should be better and gave a good result to ur store..she use the scratch thing until 2 of my finger hurt bcause she scratch too deep and didnt bother to ask whether ok or not..im trying to be nice,,she didnt even cut my nail even though my nail already short..she also remove my hard skin using her finger not the tools..lol..shining is yes,,but mess n hurt my finger..first and last go there..
