★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since they are about to close the shop, then I have no choice to tapau. I was super upset and few times vomited when I found the cockroach in the gyudon. I hope the management do spot check at this branch and train their staff about the cleanliness. I submitted the customer feedback but there is no option to upload the photo. Luckily my friend suggest me to upload the review here. Please take action on this and sorry to say but this is the last time I eat at your branch. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tables are not cleaned, plates/bowls/utensils/food from previous customer is left on table
Staff chit chatting and play their phones, didn't acknowledge customer arrival or do any welcoming, they won't even notice if you left the restaurant without paying
Tissue is not refilled, pricy for the portion, food had poor taste/too salty/cold, calculate bill wrongly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience in shop. The food looks terrible, compared to Sukiya in Japan (I mean if branch or franchise, consumers will have expectations). Egg is overcooked too. The smell of food is too strong as well, the taste is average.
Since this brand from Japan, please run it nicely. Not the first time I've heard complaint about Sukiya (e.g. Pyramid, I-city), but having to experience today.. yea if this continues, Yoshinoya wins!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough seasoning or gravy for both dried noodle & rice menu.
Staff very concerned about outside food although my friend just bought Empire Sushi to takeaway in front of the shop.
The only thing that's good are gyoza and chicken inside the ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret not checking google reviews before ordering on Grab. Small portion of rice in relative to the beef ratio and extremely salty. Everything from the don to soup are overly seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in is possible in this restaurant. Set meals are reasonable at around RM 20 each. Had teriyaki chicken set with rice, miso soup and dumplings. It was tasty and filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this outlet twice.
1st visit: Take away Gyudon. Rice portion is small. Beef sauce slightly over sweet.
2nd visit: Dine in Volcano Chili Ramen. Not spicy enough for my liking. No condiments as well.
3rd visit: Take away black pepper beef noodle. Portion is very stingy with the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a halal fast food restaurant with gyudon, jp curry & jp meals as their main menu. I ordered Gyudon set M (you will get medium size bowl of gyudon, 2 fried gyoza & miso soup) & ice green tea, it costs me RM17.20. Good value for money.
Flavour-wise, the miso soup was a bit too salty (perhaps bcause of the seaweed??). The gyudon itself was good, only the beef wasn't tender enough -- still ok, and the portion of beef was too small. Hehe. Luckily, it came w/ gyoza to help u finish the meal. The gyoza were actually good, but the sauce was a bit salty. All in all, good try & it was ok considering the price as well. Though may be would not be my fav place to eat.
