โ โ โ โ โ Humans require basic needs in their life such as food, drinks and shelter. At the same time, for a person to be strong he/she needs motivation or inspiration. In my life, my source of power is motivation too. Once I was back to home, my father searched for a physiotherapist for me. Although my parents were taught to do physio at home, they are not familiar with it. Since it was MCO time, people refused to come over to my house. There was a lady from Namasthe Physiotheraphy who readily prepared herself to come to my house.
There is a quote saying
โ ONCE IN LIFETIME U WILL MEET SOMEONE THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING.โ
In my life, Stephanie was the person I met who changed my life. During MCO, she came to my home to do some theraphy for me. She taught me the basic exercises to do at home. After her intense guidance and support rendered, I gained confidence in myself. I could transfer myself from bed to wheelchair or from wheelchair to bed. It was feeling relieved for my father as he was lifting me up everytime. It was not easy for him to carry a 42 kg girl as he is getting old. Since I could not walk, I was using diapers. Stephanie made me to stand and I could transfer myself to commode and go to the toilet. Without showing her tired face, she came to my home for almost 5 months. Finally, she made me walk with walker. I felt like Neil Armstrong walking on the Moon. I felt so happy because doctors told me that I could not walk but with Stephanieโs help I made it. I just would like to thank her for coming and guiding me throughout the whole session. Shortly, when she started to come, I improved so much.

โ โ โ โ โ My pain had relieved from 10 before the physio to least 4 after physio.When i actually say i have pain and loss of sensation i like how the way Miss Jane show her empathy towards me and make sure i step out from the physio with some pain relieving. At times i barely could even sit and study but with the exercises and traction i have been taught it has give me so much of improvement and the physiotherapist are just wat too friendly and super duper patience and mainly handle their patient with careโค๏ธ
