There was no improvement at all after coming 3 times a week for an hour which includes writing notes!
When complained to the incharge, was told that it will take time!
The incharge never even bothered to come and assess my mum inspite of complaining
When asked for a refund, was told that thereโs no refund which was not informed to me before signing for the package
When agreed to refund,i was charged an extra RM 200 per session and cancellation fees!
Totally unprofessional and very arrogant!
Very $ minded!!!!
