โ โ โ โ โ I love Nandoโs.But this restaurant chicken was over cooked, the half sides chicken is black. It tasted bitter. Theyโre lack of waiters, need try so many times to let them notice you.

Service staff is friendly and helpful.
Yes, it gets quite busy & crowded in the evening. Need to wait as the chickens are freshly grilled.

โ โ โ โ โ Firstly, when we entered Nandoโs, they said chicken was not available for at least 30 mins. Next, staffs were mostly lying down flat on the chairs. When asked for refill of drink, one of the staff blatantly told us to get our own refill from the counter. Also, overheard one of the staff telling a customer (who didnโt know they had to pay first then get their food) โkalau tak tau, kene tanya laโ. Overall bad experience, donโt think weโll be coming back here.

โ โ โ โ โ Fast & excellent service. Nice choices of chicken dishes, others and also 2 vege options. Polite, courteous and friendly staff. Good ambience. It's just that I was pity to see only one person serving food at tables during the peak lunch time.

โ โ โ โ โ I was there at odd hour. Interesting to see Nandos change. They don't provide menu for ordering but a scanned qr code. Pay first serve later. Contactless ordering is good.

โ โ โ โ โ No customers during tea time hours, fast serving. Coleslaw very not nice, the cabbage smell is very very strong. Grilled vege add a pinch of salt will be better. Other than these 2 needs improvement, the rest okay. Sweet Potatoes Fries very yummy, unfortunately not available this time.
