★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, spend 2 hours on preparing of food? Pre order 10.46am via food panda, delivery show 11.45am but estimated delivery time on apps delay few times. No cancellation, no body answer call, driver pickup 12.53pm...this could the first and last time order from this branches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment was OK as it was spacious and the servers are quite attentive. I visited on a weekday night so not much customers.
Service was very good and they even recommended us to download their app to earn their reward.
We ordered the whole bird with 2 sides and drinks. So far only the spicy rice is disappointing. Not spicy and not special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best environment for dining. The food is best as usual. Minus 2 star because saw lizards in the place during lunch time, definitely needs pest control. Unlikely to go there for this. So make sure to check the environment. Otherwise their grill is good. Also need sauces for most table as more than half of the people was waiting for another one to finish their meal and take their sauce(/s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Nandos at the Mines several times. The best dining experience in this particularly outlet happened just yesterday. I was very happy to see that the service and food serving quality has largely improved. Firstly, the female server who served me was friendly and I could tell she was trying her best although she was new to the job. Secondly, the food serving (amount) was very fulfilling. I have been to other Nandos outlets where I was served rather pathetic servings of side dishes to be specifics. As I was eating, I have observed the restaurant manager coaching his staff. He was very actively correcting/teaching the new staff. The positive energy was definitely there despite it being the fasting month.
The only thing that I was not so comfortable about is the paying system. Diners can now order online (QR code provided at each table) however, diners are required to PAY BEFORE food and drinks are served. The paying options are either via debit/credit card and cash. I was not keen in going through the long winded process of keying my card number, card expiry date, csv code for a mere RM34 meal. So I decided to pay cash instead. To do so I had to walk over to the counter to settle payment which, in my opinion, was rather a hassle considering the fact that i was already confortably seated. I do hope Nandos will review their payment system again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the aesthetic Nando's outlet, with colourful and craft, where you can see the ethnic decoration and creativity. Very Afro-Portugese style. The interior design always simple but beautiful.
They have good workers which serve their customers with kindness and was very helpful. Here, they always served tender and juicy chicken, covered with PERi-PERi sauce.
This Afro-Portugese dishes, taste so yummy, they grilled then they served with some healthy side-dishes which you can choose. Now days they have few new menu e.g. some kind of Tika Roll and burgers with cheese, egg and crispy element inside.
The dessert? Salted-Caramel Cheese Cake or Chocolate brownie? Yes they have it. Nando's menu prices, not to be worry, it is affordable, not too expensive and not too cheap. It is balance with the portion given between the dishes and your money.
Please download Nando's apps where you can redeem it's chicken products, when you collected each Chillies everytime you spend RM 30.00 and above at any of its outlet.
