★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there! Yesterday was dine-in at Nando's setia city mall! There was poor customer service from the staff! We understand that we ar still in difficult situation! And there is SOP to follow! But SOP not for food i guess! Firstly there is no wedges and the reason was fryer broken! And there is hair in coleslaw, and we inform to the staff and she managed to change but there is no any apologies or guilty at all! Just like that she put the coleslaw and went! And another issues was about drinks! We order coke-cola and ice lemon tea, but the taste is like warm water, no taste at all! When we ask then only they said the machine having problem! We are very disappointed with yesterday service! When we ask the staff why service like this the only answer is Follow SOP! SOP for customers and not for food, kindly look the quality of the food because we are paying for that! Need more improvement! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order using apps, choose pay at counter, wait 30 min thoughts they have start doing the order then they come just to say we need to pay at counter 1st before they made the order. There are only 2 group of 6 people in the store..

Customers are now required to use their phone to place orders them self...choosing the flavour even which cut of chicken and side dishes. Even with all this done by the customer...everything was messed up when the food was sent to us... out of 3 dishes they got 2 completely wrong.....wrong flavour..wrong cut (no apologies given by the waiters) And it took them 30min to serve a pre cooked meal. How difficult is it to follow exactly the order that u trouble the customer to choose all the details and place the order themself.
And to add on to all this..u can clearly see the staff preparing the food feasting on fries in plain sight.
Serious dont expect much when u come to Nandos ..u get better service in a Mamak stall for a Rm 5 meal.
Never again to Nandos.Period !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Throwback few days before fasting?. We ordered whole chicken with 4 regular sides included in combo. For 3 peoples, I think its better and much cheaper to choose combo like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Nando's outlet has the worst service. Poor and slow. Staffs are unfriendly and lack of motivation.
Scan their QR code menu, order online and pay at the counter by cash or credit/debit card.
Chicken was dry and cold. Soup was cold too. ??
Servis buruk, rasa pun tak sedap!
