★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family Mart should provide sufficient training to the front liner to ensure employee familiar the operation procedure.
Example as customer make the payment and show app on the spot, however cashier reply: "Sir, sudah cash, x boleh masuk point". I was like....
I understand that are the system workflow constraint, but is that better way to rectify or prevent it happen rather than request customer compromise mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family mart should provide more worker at weekdays. Many machines but less worker. Mostly worker do online order than pay attention to customer walk in. I need to wait 3 min just to pay my drinking water although Im just the only one cust that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICE HERE TOO SLOW, I OFTEN GO THERE BUT THE STAFF WERE REALLY SLOW. PLUS, THE STAFF IGNORE THE CUSTOMERS AND LET US CUSTOMERS QUEUE FOR LONG TIME. MOREOVER, THE STAFF ARE MORE FOCUSING ON GRAB/PANDA'S ORDER ONLY. I'M WAITING TOO LONG FOR PAYING MY DRINK AND SNACKS. HENCE, I UNDERSTAND WHEN BUSY HOURS THERE A LOT OF ORDER/CUSTOMER BUT YOU ALL STAFF NEED TO QUICK TO CLEAR THE ORDER AND ENHANCE UR SERVICE. LOOKING UP FOR UR CHANGING LATER. HOPEFULLY UR SERVICE WILL IMPROVE SOON, THANK YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service alright, food alright. The only thing that they lack are variety of food and lack of table as the store is quite small itself. Hope they expand the store soon as it would attract more customer. Oh, please check the date of the food you'll buy as they might miss few expired ones on the shelf. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service and racist. Ordered and paid when there were only 5 customers. Only one ice-cream and waited for 30 minutes. COVID maximum capacity is 10 pax buy customers are 20pax already. All walk-in customers are waiting but they serve for foodpanda and delivery first. Apa susah 30 minutes ice-cream? I was here first but serving malay first(those who enters late) Hello?

Second one in end Apr, each time same EXCUSE! SUSU HABIS??!?! Never had this kind of excuse in Other Family Mart. Meaning?? Korang malas nk buat air ke apa? How could a Japanese-origin conv store can be this dissatisfying? Korang Malaysian memang bawa nama buruk Family Mart. What? Your manager doesn’t monitor stock susu isit? How does your manager work? I rly don’t understand. Please do stg Famima HQ. Famima in Japan would never portray this kind of behaviour. Service speed jgn ckp.. ridiculously slow.. always have long q, food on the shelves selalu tak topup. Whatever.. not coming again. Disappointing
