★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nanyang Book Co is my favourite place to go. They have almost everything an artist needs and their prices are pretty reasonable. I buy all my brushes, canvases, gesso and paints there. They have very helpful staff as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to come here to shop for art supplies. Just visited today during the MCO period. Used to meet the lady boss sitting behind to order stuff because she will give discounts. I paid RM14 for a Goldie 300 gsm A3 watercolour papers 6 pieces when it is in fact labelled with rm 17.50. Might have trouble find a carpark here because the car speed is fast and not much parking space in front. Motor parking lots are avilable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite art store in Penang, I can get all the art material that I need in this store. Is like one stop art material store. The price here is reasonable and they have different price range of art materials. That is great for everyone. This store has been operated very long time. I think it has the value for everyone to support and so they could sustain forever. With this will benefit more Penang Lang. Penang is not like KL where we can get all art material so easily. So that why I alway shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to buy brushes and watercolour supplies. The aunty is really friendly and will recommend you great stuffs with decent price. Unless you come on a weekday during working hours, parking is really hard to find. The shop is pretty cramped and hot so try to avoid wearing thick clothes.
