The waiter said we could order the breakfast sets so we did and also added lunch sets. 10 mins later, another waiter came and rudely told us that breakfast ended. When we questioned him, he stormed off and came back later, rudely put down a new order sheet and pen then left. We also left as other staff looked on but no one step up to resolve the issues. It's simple, just say things out nicely!! Make the changes. Don't make angry frustrated looks and sounds at customers!!
L	Lem Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give less than one star. Arrived at 14:45 today and wrote out order. Handed order to "blur" (dazed) looking waiter who walked away with the order slip. Waited 1/2 hour and still no sign of anything, not even the drinks. I then walked over to counter and then only found out our order slip was still in the in-basket. Waiter didn't tell cashier / console operator new order had arrived, neither did cashier / console operator look for new orders coming in. Wasted time for nothing. New businesses get ONE CHANCE to make a good first impression - this one was "couldn't give a flying toss", as the saying goes. In a marketplace full of competition and options, this will be last on our list of choices for a long time to come. MINUS FIVE STARS if possible. Big ZERO on the NPS rating!
