Customer experience need to be improved. Waiter should be more responsive to customer query and aware of the available menu before taking order. During my last visit, the waiter ask us to change our order several times because the chicken rice is not available. They should have known beforehand which chicken rice is available before coming to us for reorder just to come back again to tell our order isn't available for the second and 3rd time.

By far the best chicken rice available in this Ampang region. Chickens are always fresh. Fast service, the mango salad is a must to order as it compliments the meal. Price is reasonable. Expect full house during lunch hours.

Reserved parking for patrons!... perfect for a tapau. Food was good. The chicken rice is fabulous and the soup that came with it contains ground peanuts.. haven't had this since the 90s next to Bukit Bintang plaza. Prawn mee was awesome. Got a bit greedy and added all the sambal into the mee. Hit my sinus immediately. Worthy though. 2 chicken rice with a prawn mee came up to RM31.00. ?

I missed the halal chicken rice at Bukit Bintang, KL and the one at Jalan tuanku Abdul Rahman runned by very senior chinese staff (they closed down as the shop was taken up by a textile company. Nothing complimentary to comment but coming back is unlikely.

This Nasi Ayam Hailam has been operating at the Ampang Point area as long as i can remember. A highly popular place that has a steady stream of customers. Business must be quite good that they have recently expanded to occupy two shoplots. Chicken rice is basically a comfort food and one can’t go wrong with this dish at this outlet. My personal favorite option is the steamed chicken and it goes really well with the ginger and the chilli sauce. I would usually drown the chicken in the sauces, overkill but works for me. Not to be missed is the kerabu mango, just simply delish.

I’ve been eating here the past 10 years. The food is great but it’s disappointing to see how slow service is recently. It’s well known that they’ll have an influx of customers coming in everyday but they choose to always under prepare the food which causes a major line and a waiting time of 30 mins just for a take away chicken rice for 1. Im sure this makes the restaurant look busy and attractive but in the long run customers will walk away with this slow service.
