★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with family on 9 oct 2021, the staff were helpfull and quick, the ala carte also came in very fast, however very limited and slow type of sushi on conveyor.. there are to much mochi on the line...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom complain. Most of the time i tolerate. I would say my tolerance level is 8 over 10. I was assistant manager before. Work in customer service line for more than 10 years. Listen here, u are nothing or zero even your food is unforgettable, but your customer experience should be no 1 in your list. Never forget, 0 customer service gives u unforgettable experience also. I have money to spend on your food. I just wanna eat. I even ask 2 person to check on my order. I was surprised to see the next table which came later has enjoying their food. The girl who took our order NEVER COME TO APOLOGIZE. Or it could be their chef mistake. Whatever it was, I'm not a happy customer. I reserve my anger last night since my friend unintentionally shouted to the guy. We'll see if this review will be take up or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is decent, very peaceful background music and the seating arrangements alright. Love their ceiling wallpaper too. This is my second visit, I felt sleepy during my both visit there. I'm amazed at how calm I can be at the restaurant and I even forgot to take photo every single time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subquality. Rice in sushi packed too tightly almost like 'ketupat'. DO NOT order the soft shell crab Japanese pancake because you will be extremely disappointed by the outright miserable portion of soft shell crab it comes with. You are better off ordering Japanese pancake and separate ala carte plate of soft shell crab separately. Plus point for no service charge; well service was non-existent anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi lovers, this place offers better sushi than other brands. Worth every Ringgit you spend. And they serve hotplate mozzarella chicken too. Idk what is the name of this dish, but it tastes really good. Give it a try, you won't regret. And if you're not a sushi fan, they offer plenty of other dishes too.
