★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is hurrible when for breakfast I went there the answer was very simple we got EEG but no bread we got chicken no rice and so many excuse and...etc Hello big boss better you close but don't sell the hope to your costumer this is the feed back of which person I'd workin in food and beverage business. This is not for today also 2 days befoe same issue ! Pelita become the worse place after COVID!!!!!!

Was served:

- Maggi goreng + telur mata x2
- Maggi goreng + telur dada x1
Food and drinks were great. Decent ambience, it was nice to sit at night.
As much as I enjoyed everything else there, the service was so terrible that the good food and drinks couldn't even make up for my experience there. Visibly biased to foreigners, as they were served almost immediately after they sat down without having to CALL OUT LOUD for a waiter over 5 times (who kept pretending not to notice/see us when they walked right beside us, by the way) before they half-heartedly served us rudely. Mind you, locals are paying customers too, we're not eating for free here.
I've received much better service in Bangsar's branch although they're not particularly overly friendly either. At the very least, they're not rude and they listen to your orders properly instead of cutting you off THE ENTIRE TIME YOU'RE ORDERING ("lagi. lagi. lagi.") before you even finish saying each order, then getting your order wrong.
Won't be visiting again. If anyone enjoys a good spicy maggi goreng, I recommend Bangsar's Pelita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rare for me to give 2 Star but I came after terawih then sat almost 30 mins & no 1 came to take my order though I called at least 2 waiters. Best part? I was sitting in front of the soup cart to order soup which I thought would be faster but only got it after a waiter took my order ALTHOUGH I ordered directly with someone who manned the cart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experience of their staffs. So rude and we have to call them for an order almost 7 times. To clean and take the orders. One of the staff can even yell at us. First of all, I believe in respect happening both ways. I speak to you nicely you respect and speak nicely. Teach your blady staff mannerism. Otherwise don’t be in the FnB industry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management and workers of this place allow smokers to freely smoke cigarettes. I just had my lunch here and a group of three customers behind me were happily smoking away regardless of the law. When I asked the cashier why are they are allowed to do so, he said they have given up telling stubborn customers not to smoke and now close both eyes to it. The police station is just opposite the restaurant. Why not call them to pay a visit???? Definitely not the place to have a smoke free meal. The police should summon the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the nasi kandar previously and it was good. Tasty with kuah well flavored. Had roti canai this morning and it was pretty much the worst roti canai I ever had. The supermarket frozen ones were even better! It was almost uncooked inside and outside gummy not crisp. The dal was runny and just spicy, no flavour at all. Teh tarik decent as usual but would not recommend the roti canai at all. Nasi kandar is good, not the best but good. Cannot compare with Bangsar
