A lot have changed around Desa Pandan area but the distinct spiced chicked steamed rice of Nasi Kukus Family is something that has stood the test of time. The rich aromatic thick brothy "gulai" with chunks of chicken flesh and tendons excite your taste bud. Coupled with the crisp spiced chicken with crunchy chicken skin is to die for. Don't forget to add extra gulai and also the tangy sambal hijau for extra kick. If you are not a chicken fan there are assortments of other dishes such as fried catfish, fried liver and fried tauhu.
