★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I was here, there were miscommunication between the trainee and the staff, and I was given wrong info on discount item. And there's NO SORRY fm them.
Second time, Staff were not friendly. Kind of busy with their handphone. Feel like not welcomed, and there was no smile at all.
And that's it. No more SR Desa Pandan in my list. Please improve ur PR, and management as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best. Haha. Had a slice of cake with iced caramel latte few days ago, the best I've tasted in a while.. The staff were consistently, really great assistance.
One time i was looking for only a slice of cake at a very late hour, almost closing, they were cleaning when i reached there. Thankfully, the kind staff allowed me to take away one slice haha!! Thank youuu!
