★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Likes: Premier healthcare for cardiothoracic in Malaysia, world-class physicians, nurses, surgeons, cardiologists, excellent customer service staff and sufficient eating outlets.
Dislikes: PUBLIC PARKING OPPOSITE THE ER IS A NIGHTMARE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!
Ugly Point: Female receptionist at the Imaging Centre has a stank attitude towards co-workers. I plainly heard she name-called this fellow doctor with such a distasteful tone.
Hidden Place: Public parking nearby the hospital cafetaria. It is located behind the main Building Block A. The drop-off/on is apparently very close to the main cafeteria. Apparently, not many people knew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was warded in here for 6 day's, Room facilities are malfunction like bed remote control, TV reception very poor, and panic buttons not work I am struggling to get help for 30 minutes.shower water not in prescribed temperature.finally my discharge was very late even insurer send final guarrenty letter 1 hours earlier. I am waiting around 3 hours very poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service for my mum was excellent. So one brought a wheelchair for her. That gesture was very much appreciated. While the appointment waiting time was long, due to the number of patients, but the overall level of service was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were at IJN for our biannual followup checkup. The new logistic and flow of the system has improved tremendously and very fast. The reception desk flows smoothly to the reg counter, bloodtest, blood pressure, Echo, Dr Clinic and Pharmacy were integrated at Block A with us having to walk a distance (since we r Senior citizens) The services and staff are friendly and very accomodating. Our Dr for 2day is Dr Tawfek at Room 104.He was so thorough and went thro details of our test result and willing to answer all our questions. Tq All and Kudos to this new system and services. Hope it wl be better and better. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Built with taxpayer's money but the policy does not favor pensioner at all. Require referral letter from government hospital but they have their own specialist wouldn't give you a referral!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IJN is excellent as usual however rude guards at the main entrance spoiled the whole experience...they were rude to my elderly parents (70++ yrs old) who are patients of IJN & they were rude to my wife who was the escort.
When I came later they were slightly interrogative & abrupt with me...I understand the Covid19 situation now but IJN need to seriously consider changing their security vendor or at least insist on proper training for the guards from the security company..
Patients who go there are mostly elderly, sick & some are barely able to walk & they should not be subjected to stressful encounters like rude interrogation.

However after several visits here I personally think that the service standards can and should be further improved especially since it IS a private and for profit business wing. A more comprehensive and robust HR quality assurance system should help upgrade the standards of service.
