โ โ โ โ โ A worst place to go for anything. Highly not recommended. Firstly I came to the shop at 11am as it opens that time, wanting to do my brows and waxing.. I ended up doing my nails as the boss hasn't arrived and the workers knew nothing about it. While waiting for them, I didn't want to waste time and decided to do the meni and pedi.. Swear, why I even took that decision, it's such an awful experience as I asked for French meni and pedi and they gave a peach with white nail polish. Like what?? Terrible work done, the worker who did for me didn't know anything about it and I had to pay rm110 for that awful workmanship.Totally regretted. Apart from that, the owner came in itself late and then was screwing her staff with words. C'mon its a business place, not your house. Very unprofessional. Seriously, will never return back. Its a nightmare!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst eyebrow threading i had here and also price mention as RM 5 for threading but ended up with RM10 ,when i ask her she mention its old promotion. But until this sec u can find the board that mention as price is RM 5 ..i wont recommend this place if u wanna have nice eyebrow.

โ โ โ โ โ Henna n facial was really nice. Gud quality stuff as I have tried other saloons nearby but truly satisfied with their home care too.staffs n owner very friendly n caring. Highly recommended to all the beautiful wannabies. Apart from that their threading n waxing is a non pain experience. Ask for vani. She's really good. Appointment recommended as they r always full.

โ โ โ โ โ I went for a eye brow threading after a very long time. But I was really amazed with the service given. I did not feel a pinch of pain while threading. And I extended my eye to full face. Very humble and smiling face. Very reasonable. Sure to come back again.recommended!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The place is a scam and they continuously try to rip you off by trying to sell you other services although you were there to get one very specific thing done. The awful threadjobs were not worth my money one bit, no aftercare and no powder. I ended up having my skin flake out. On top of that, eventhough I asked multiple times to not make my eyebrows too thin, I ended up having half my eyebrow gone. I have one piece of advice for you, stop trying to profit off of other people's insecurities!

โ โ โ โ โ I've never had a worse threading experience. Usually it is this skinny lady who does the threading which is awesome but today it was this fat ignorant and snobbish woman. She threaded my right brow and asked me to check. To my horror, the end part of my brow was gone and my brow looked so short and weird. I told her about it and she blatantly denied threading the end part saying she did not thread that part at all. For goodness sake it was red and bald! After she was done with the left brow she had the cheeks to tell me that the lengths of my brows are uneven with the left one being longer. I will never come back again. It's disgusting how dishonest she is on top of her terrible skills. Not only are my brows now short, they just do not look like any threading I've done before. Genuinely disgusted.

โ โ โ โ โ Really waste of money. The skinny tall lady which I assume is the owner did my threading, no doubt it was really fast and pain free. But my eyebrow and upper lip wasnโt thread properly. It wasnโt cleaned at all. I had to come back and do it myself. As the light in the shop was not bright enough. Overall experience was bad. I hope they improve with their customer service as well.

โ โ โ โ โ This beauty studio is about quality and wonderful friendly customer service. They look at detail and making sure the customer is satisfied with the final product. The ladies that work there are also lovely to chat to. I was hesitant at first on whether to go for waxing today since I felt stressed with the many things going on later in the evening, but when I spontaneously decided to do it I didnโt regret it. The lovely conversation I had with Priya, one of the ladies that works there, and the efficiency of how she and the other lady worked made me leave there feeling better than I did when I entered. I highly recommend this place! Another aspect I love about this place is that it also caters to men. My boyfriend has thick eyebrows, so itโs a great place where we both can go and do our eyebrows together.
