★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless. Extremely poor and bad time management. Arrive with appointment, on time and as the 2nd patient in the clinic. Few others came after and I was made to wait until the last to leave. Did not even apologise for their mistake.
If something simple as queue management cannot even be managed, how do you have faith and trust in them preparing your medicine and assessment? Come at your own risk.
