★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I made an order on the website 19th of August. I received the order on 24th of August however, it was missing 3 items. I went back to them for a refund, which was promised to be done in 7 working days. I have been following up with them since yesterday and they just keep promising to return the money soon but nothing is happening. I would suggest saving yourself the stress of having to deal with this and look for other vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order during a livestream in October 2021. During the delivery only was I informed that the mangoes where out of stock. I was told it will be included into my next order. However that wasn't the case because it turns out the mangoes were seasonal and unavailable. I kept following up to get my refund and was told on February 4th that I will be refunded in 7 days. And until today NO REFUND. It's very tiring to keep chasing for my money. It's not my fault that your mangoes were out of stock when I already paid and assumed stock would be put aside for that. Terribly poor management on your end and for me to have to keep chasing from 2021 until now is just RIDICULOUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been chasing refund for more than 2 weeks now, but nothing. Mushrooms were out of stock, they offered voucher / replacement but I opted for refund. Nobody bothered to inform - had to ask them why undelivered.
Been chasing almost daily , but This vendor has not refund we yet. If this illustrates their business ethics, suggest to stay away from this unscrupulous & unethical vendor. I will stop short to say that they are outright cheating ….. but all the signs point to that. Best source for other more trustworthy & responsible vendors. Stay away !
