They are good with delaying tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delay of job completion and bad communication skill of their staffs. Irresponsible reply from the staff when goods collection delayed and invalid reason / excuses given. Phone line always busy, cannot get assistance even when's urgent. Really bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD SERVICES! Not according to artwork we given to print letterhead (FYI the colour could be fade off from your artwork given)! Paper also not give us right quality! We bought 80gsm simili not normal 70gsm simili! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor print quality across their many different products. That's what you get when they are cheap and don't clean their printers. I suspect that they use low-quality printers as well. My home printer prints better than them. Will never use their service ever again. A total waste of time and money.

EVERYTIME YOU SUBMIT ART WORK, THEY WILL CONTACT YOU FOR WRONG DESIGN, WRONG FONT, WRONG RGB, EVERYTHING IS WRONG!!Think twice before submitting your work during peak season, as they are not capable handling it. I send my artwork together with bleeding and size, but they cut wrongly. They even ask me to pay for the delivery. The staff who call me also rude!! She said they will just ignore my request.
