1. We wanted to close company, but after 1 year, nothing really moves.
2. There was a notification from LHDN on Summon, they kept it for a long time and sent to us 3 weeks before court date.
3. Did not give cooperation to government bodies. LHDN requested our contact details but does not want to provide. They say it's P&C.
4. There is an automated newsletter which is blast to every customer but does not follow up to keep track of the progress. It was more like, I sent, I dont care what happens to you.. I sent already..
5. Does not want to close company due to court case? The AG asked us to go to do it. In the end we did it by ourselves thanks to LHDN help.
Not recommended. They maybe cheap, but cheap comes at heavy price. and that price is your frustration and headache.
