Send yr staff at customer service class or anything which is they can learn how to give best services for customer. At least give a smile is ok but nothing and no thanks from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this the Honda standard? I don't think so. Cannot use the covid19 as the reason for not providing the quality customer service. I cannot see an operation system in placed. Big disappointment! Definitely not living up to the big name.
