★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same issues like previous customer. Facing a rude lash artist. I am paying RM299 for promo package, but the first time after, I DON'T feel like going back again.
First, the artist late for appointment.
Secondly she talk to me like i owe her few millions.
Thirdly, i really hate people kind of forcing me buy product. She said if i didn't buy lash serum, she will very hard do extensions for me next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a wee bit late to the appointment because of the distance. Nonetheless, my eyelash technician which is nicole is super sweet, polite, gentle and beautiful, she is so understanding. Regarding the eyelash extension service, I have been to a lot of beauty salons, and the service here is tip top. The eyelash is weightless as they claimed to be, there was no pain during the service, the outcome is natural, eyelashes are soft just like the authentic eyelash. There was no pressure, the beautician is very professional and know what they dealing with. I love this service, great price and may the business will bloom.
