Though covid'19 SOP isn't maintaining strictly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small mart where you can get your simple groceries such as vegetables, fruits, chickens and dry foods. Not much of varieties to choose. Price is a little expensive compare to huge hypermarkets, but reasonable. Staffs were a little impolite during our visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased your fresh grocery items shrimps and fish at this branch. So I need some ice to help them remain cold until I get home. The female staff who seems to be in charge of the rest of the staff questioned me why I'm taking the ice. I answered for the shrimps n fish I bought. She questioned me did I buy them from Wellmart. I answered of course its from Wellmart. Other supermarkets I've been allowed me to take some ice because they understand it's to keep the fresh items cold to maintain freshness. I should rate u 1 star only but because your other staff are helpful, I'll give u a rating of 2 stars. Due to this unpleasant experience, I don't know if I want to continue shopping here anymore.
