★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. No delivery attempt at all but the status update was to collect the item at their office. Paid delivery service for what?! We have cctv records to prove that they didn’t come to deliver the parcel. Can refund me delivery fee ah like that?
Take money from customer then ask customer to drive all the way to collect their item.
