I visited the shop at 12/1/2020, My CPU having bluescreen issue, send to repair. Charge repair fees of RM45, just to tell you the window not activated. The repair fees is very high compare to other normal charges.
I request to refund half of price, because they really did nothing. Not even find the root cause of bluescreen, just ask me to top-up get a full license of RM250.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them to fix my laptop camera as it's not functioning and they really charged me RM80 afterwards for FORMATTING my computer. I did not ask for formatting at all?? The worst thing is that they didn't even fix my camera, which is the main reason that I've sent my laptop in there. Also, they took like 3 days for this ?
