★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been having my facial here since 2015. The staffs here are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they work well as a team. My consultant, Diana has good skills and is very patient and responsive. The premise is clean and well maintained. Especially now with the Covid19, I feel safe and comfortable because the management has taken the necessary steps to ensure that SOP is adhered to. Rooms are sanitised before the customers make use of the rooms. Keep up the good service.

I choose to be with her for her assurance and confidence. I've been with her and your company for 5 years. (or maybe more) I had acne and open pores which has been reduced over the years. Ladies from all ages has guess my age (that I looked 10 years younger) This is a good 'report card' for Diana and her company. Thank you Diana for your dedication and good services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To put simply heavy priority on sale rather than service especially under current management with further toxic working enviroment causing high turn over rate of skill worker on this particular malacca branch I would not recommand visit in near future. Other branch however is fine
