★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for first trial. Pushy level x9999! Keep asking me to pay deposit in order to secure the so called ‘promotion’ for first timer which only valid for 2.5hours. Trapped in the consultation room for more than 30 minutes. If you are not going to sign their facial package, think twice before you come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price of treatment is not worth, hard selling me 18k treatment ?. Consultant is not experience. Facial steps is not complete (didnt clean for eyebrows). Consultant is rushing here and there. The environment is too noisy. Pushing customer to give review.
Its my worst experience for facial.

I presumed RM38 promotion is good gimmick for New York Skin upsell their RM9800++ pluss other expensive packages?
