★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian is the first malay girl I met for my facial treatment. I had an enjoyable and engaging session with her throughtout my treatment. She is a humble, professional and experienced consultant, her caring towards on her client is really appreciated. I observed my facial results from the mirror before and after my treatment, my skin glows and I feel like another person again. Strongly recommend you to look for Ian if you like someone with good knowledge and experience in facial spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from my beauticians Christine and Ika. They are understanding, observant and pay attention to my preference and need. For examples, steamer temperature and mist direction, force to exert for face and shoulder massage etc. And no hard sell. The facial treatment helps to improve my skin condition. The place is nice and clean.

are Joanne and Ika. Their service are very comfortable and i like it so far. They gave me a lot tips about how to take care of my skin too.

She is friendly, kind and will patiently explain every steps that being done to me during treatment. Keep up the good work EN!! And to all staffs there happy to meet you all! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with a detox treatment and it was very comfortable for me. My therapist Shermun, she was very friendly, she explained the therapy she did in great detail. Chatted with me throughout the treatment and made me very relaxed. Her service deserves 5 stars. She also told me through online that what I need to care, and teach me how and in what order to use the products . ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the first trial Fave voucher. My therapist, Shermun, exceeded my expectations. She introduced their wide range of products and services from collagen satchel, facial treatments to skincare products but never once tried to hard sell them to me. During my treatment, she explained every step before starting and patiently removed all my stubborn blackheads. The extraction was painless and clean. She even let me check in the mirror twice to make sure I was satisfied with the extraction before proceeding to the next step. She gave me many after care tips as well. Overall I feel that she’s a 5 star therapist and deserve a pay raise. She fulfilled all the quality for 5 star service.
