★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed today on 29 March 2019 with Newsplus in KL Sentral. They put a promotion advertisment for the onigiri with price RM 3 each (np: RM 4.20 each) on 25 March - 31March. When I go to the counter to pay, the cashier said that the promotion has expired. So i go back to read the advertisment, but the cashier run to take the advertisment. I am feel had been cheated by the advertisment and i am suspected that the advertisment is for the previous year. I hope that other customer will not experience that as I am. I used to be the regular customer but now it will be not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed today on 28/08/19 with Newsplus in KL Sentral.
around 4am i come to buy some stuff . the man working in cashier counter being so rude with me . i forget his name , this how you guys train your staff to treat customer i am very disappointed . i call one of the polis bantuan to make report on him ... please review the cctv and terminate him . if you guys not taken action agains him i have few videos i will upload in social media thank you.
