★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish cake bowl is so nice. The place is a convenient store so I dont understand why some people ask for more seats and less customers while there are already 20 seats available here.
Big space. 5 staff working continuously to serve you guys.
If you want it to be quiet then pay for restaurants which are going to shut down, there will be very few customers to wait with you.
Long queue is because of the very good food.
Cleanliness is a big plus here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location here very strategic, outside entrance of NU Sentral and near to KL monorail station. Quite huge FamilyMart, got a lot of snacks, foods and beverage. Daily promotion - 25% rebate on all packed foods on the day ??good deal. Good place to have quick-bite with reasonable price.
I like this FamilyMart here coz a lot tables/ chairs in opened space and indoor. Disadvantage is might be busy & crowded spot with people. Famous with their oden, Japanese packed foods, onigiri, sandwich, drinks etc....they always introduce new menu every month. Tried slot of their foods, all tastes good but not sp cheap, so better come after 5.30pm daily to get 25% rebate on every packed foods & sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where should i start with....Knowing family mart with their exceptional products that I and alot of people would agree with me really like.Their service has been a huge disappointment. We are forced to put back our sandwiches and snakcs that we grab during MORNING rush hours just because the management has failed to provide sufficient staff so that early morning rush hour queue is shortened and enough .Its only ONE in the whole bloody store serving few customers who stay behind.......Family mart u hav to relate ur good products also with the service u provide to the customers.....PLEASE hav more staff turn up during early morning hours to serve more people during morning hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad cpunter service in the morning... only 1 staff handle the cashier, oden counter and the coffee section. Customer have to wait long que for pay... early morning when all rush to work this long que make so dissapoint... pls put atleast 2 staffs.... hope FM will take into consideration and find the better way to solve this issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only have one and only one issue with Family Mart NU Sentral. The door~ Why is it so hard to pull the door? The carpet in front of the door definitely adds on the problem with door issue.

Family Mart is great, but this is not up to brand standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite its popularity amongst many Malaysians for its hot snacks and foodstuffs, the shop was a bit disorganised and some of the tables outside were quite messy. However FM has a good selection of sandwiches, beverages and Japanese foodstuffs, which I actually like. Paying at the counter was easy as the shop accepted TnG ewallet as payment.
